Delivery Area:

• We deliver for free across the UK Mainland. Additional charges will apply for deliveries to locations off the UK Mainland.
• Please contact us and we will try and arrange delivery to your location if you are not on the UK Mainland.
  
  

Delivery Times:

• Orders are dispatched from stock, usually within 3 working days. While we strive to meet these times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• You will receive a dispatch email when the goods are on their way.  Delivery time is normally 1 - 2 working days for standard UK mainland after dispatch notification, however this service is not guaranteed. 
  
  

Delivery Responsibility:

• It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.
• If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will attempt redelivery or provide collection instructions.
• If you have left a message with instructions for your parcel to be left at safe location then this is at your own risk and responsibility.  We can not be held responsible for missing items where you have specified they can be left.
  
  

Inspection of Goods:

• Upon delivery, inspect the goods for damage or defects. Report any issues to us within 48 hours.
