• Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013):

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
  • To exercise your right to cancel, notify us in writing via email or post.
    
    

• Returns:

  • In all instances, please contact us BEFORE returning any items
  • Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with any enclosed documentation and in a resaleable condition.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  • Custom orders are not eligible for refund unless there is a manufacturing fault or defect.
  • Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend using a recorded delivery service.
    
    

• Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  • Refunds for faulty or damaged items will include delivery and return costs.
  • If the item you bought was faulty or was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund, as we may be able to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
    
    

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customised or personalised kennels are non-returnable unless faulty.
