    • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).
    • Delivery charges are free for deliveries to the UK Mainland. Delievery costs for locations off the UK Mainland are available on request.

  3. Payment:

    • Payments must be made in full at the time of order using the payment methods provided on our website.
    • We use secure payment gateways to protect your information.

  4. Order Confirmation:

    • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
    • Acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch the goods.

3. Delivery

    • We deliver across mainland UK. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote areas.

    • If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will attempt redelivery or provide collection instructions.

    • Customised or personalised kennels are non-returnable unless faulty.

    • All kennels are covered by a 3 month warranty against manufacturing defects.

    • Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
